88 German Shepherds Rescued in ‘Most Horrific Case’ of Breeder Animal Abuse · Kinship

Simmons says she plans to suggest a regulation that will strengthen the penalties and oversight for breeders nationwide. She plans to name it Kerra’s Regulation, named for the German Shepherd whose homicide was captured on video.
